Weisiger Group Appoints Aaron Holsinger as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — December 1, 2025 — Weisiger Group today announced that Aaron Holsinger has joined the organization as senior vice president of Human Resources, effective December 1. In this role, Aaron will lead enterprise-wide people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness for Weisiger Group and its family of companies.

Aaron joins Weisiger Group from Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he served as vice president of Human Resources. In that role, he oversaw HR business partners and HR Operations, with responsibility for talent development, workforce strategy, benefits innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to Clayton Homes, Aaron worked at Ingersoll Rand, Family Dollar, and CVS Health, including roles spanning talent development, HR business partnerships, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness, project management, operations, and training. He earned a degree in business administration from Franklin University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci change management certification.
